Revitalising Tea
This tea concoction is suitable for increasing blood production and invigorating bodily functions.
Ingredients:
- American Ginseng (西洋参, Xi Yang Shen) 3g
- Red Dates (红枣 , Hong Zao) 3pcs
Instructions:
- Put all of the ingredients into a cup and pour boiling water over it.
- Let it simmer for 5-10 mins before consumption.
This tea should be suitable for all in general.
