Bai He
)
3-5 pcs
Poria with Hostwood (茯神,
Fu Shen
)
10 g
Dried Longan (龙眼肉,
Long Yan Rou
)
½ cup
Seedless Red Dates (无核红枣,
Wu He Hong Zao
)
1 cup
Water, 500ml
Instructions
Bring all the ingredients to boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Drink 2-3 times a week.
