It is located 2cun (about 3 fingers wide) above the superior medial border of patella.You should be able to feel the bulge of quadriceps muscle on the inner thigh, just slightly above the knee.

Steps:
Massage the point with the tip of your finger till you feel soreness.
Maintain that pressure while rotating your finger on the point for 3-5 minutes.
